1. The service

The MBI Deep Dives connector for Muse ("the connector") is a free tool that lets Meta Muse search and read MBI Deep Dives' free public investment research articles. It exposes three functions: keyword search across free articles, full-text retrieval of a free article, and a listing of recent free articles.

2. Free content only

Only articles that are free to the public are available through the connector. Paywalled member-only research is never listed, summarized, or returned. Nothing in the connector grants access to paid content; paid subscriptions remain available at https://www.mbi-deepdives.com.

3. Not investment advice

MBI Deep Dives publishes independent investment research and commentary. Content accessed through the connector is for informational purposes only and is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Do your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

4. Intellectual property

All articles and other content remain the property of MBI Deep Dives LLC. You may read and reference them through the connector; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them at scale without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the connector — including attempting to access paywalled content, circumvent the content boundary, or use the connector in a way that disrupts the service for others.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The connector is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBI Deep Dives LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the connector.

7. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the connector at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
